Background:
The school is situated between villages of Dullingham and Stetchworth, three miles south of Newmarket, primarily serves Dullingham, Stetchworth, Dullingham Ley and the National Stud, fully-subscribed. Single-storey, well-equipped, modern school building: four classrooms, multi-purpose hall, small room for music, sports field, and learner swimming pool; in addition to hard play areas, school grounds have been planted and developed with support of parent-teacher association to provide environmental and play areas. 'The school is big enough to provide a broad and balanced curriculum, but small enough to keep a close check on pupils' progress, both social and academic'. Instruments taught include flute, clarinet, oboe and saxophone, teachers run after-school clubs in recorder, sports, choir, art and craft, chess and netball.
